Cancellation policies

The deadline for cancellations is September 15, 2021 (inclusive). If you wish to cancel your registration you must notify MCI in writing before this date. Cancellations received before September 15, 2021 (inclusive) will incur a penalty of 20% of the total amount paid, as an administrative fee.

No refunds will be made after September 16, 2021.

Registration forms received without payment will not be processed until payment is received.
