The Working Groups objectives are:

• To explore in depth, from various approaches, a series of prevalent endocrine pathologies.
• To evaluate diagnoses and treatments suitable for our region in its different diversities.
• Analyse costs/benefits according to the economic, social and resource facts of Latin America.
• To build, according to concrete possibilities, cooperative relationships between the different research groups in the region.
• To propose the presentation of conclusions and/or suggestions to be discussed in scientific activities of the SLEP congresses (symposiums, debates, pros and cons).
